Veal!
Chef Kev came back from Uncle Arnie's farm with a bit of veal so we had a delightful feast. The meal consisted of Veal Marsala accompanied by a brussel sprout/spinach medley along with mashed sweet potatoes with a hint of cumin. Thanks for cookin! Gina, notice the tile work behind Chef.
