The calm before the storm

My weeks as of late have been filled with busy days at Camp Orkila. I have been teaching eager 6th and 7th graders all about marine invertebrates by the waterfront and team work up on the ropes course. This photo was taken at the end of a long day after a crazy game of Mordor. There were over 300 kids at camp this night but you would never have guessed it by the quiet peace that surrounded camp as the sun set over the cool waters of the Puget Sound.
