We've managed to get out and about lately. Our time at the pumpkin patch was a rousing success. Andrew picked out a great pie pumpkin and last night we turned his carving pumpkin into a great jack-o-lantern.
Auntie Sarah came into town at just the right time...the apples needed canning! Thanks Sarah for all your help. She took me to my last chemo and then we managed to get in some great adventures before she headed home. Check 'em out below.

We headed off to Parfrey's Glen with Sarah and the gang. This State Natural area had been closed for the last two years due to rain damage. Prior to that it had been on my list although I had never made it out that way. It is a little gem just 20 minutes from the house. We had a blast hopping rocks and playing by the creek!
